Mr. Lord Leomar Pomperada *Topic:* Youth Leaders as Digital Citizens: Balancing Responsibilities and Ethics. *Bio-note:* Born and raised in the Philippines, Lord Leomer Bayombong Pomperada has served as President of the World Youth Alliance (WYA) for six years. Prior to this, he was the Regional Director for WYA Asia Pacific. Pomperada holds a Bachelor of Arts in Consular and Diplomatic Affairs from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde in Manila, Philippines and an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership from Harvard Kennedy School. He has traveled and lectured in over 60 countries. In addition to this, Mr. Pomperada was honored by the Commission on Filipino Overseas as one of the recipients of the 2021 Presidential Awards for the Filipino Individuals and Organizations Overseas (PAFIOO). In fact, he the Pamana ng Pilipino Award for “exemplifying the talent and industry of the Filipino” and bringing honor and recognition to the country “through excellence and distinction in the pursuit of work or profession.”
